Great customer service!
"My first order from Hairbrella was the rain scarf. I used it on my vacation and it came in so handy during bouts of rain. I recently ordered the sun hat and didn’t receive the item when expected. I emailed customer service and they immediately put in a new order. Not only did I receive that order in a couple of days but they accidentally sent me two!! I made them aware of the mistake and they told me to keep the 2nd one! This hat is amazing but the customer service is stellar!!"

Good coverage
"I ordered the standard size Paloma-colored sun hat. Delivery was quick. The hat provides excellent sun coverage and I was able to use the adjustable elastic to get a snug fit. I needed to pull quite a bit of the elastic as I have a relatively small head and fine hair. The adjustable chin strap is a must for windy Boston. The Paloma color is more gray than khaki. Fortunately, I have walking shoes that match. I recommend steaming the hat after it arrives to remove wrinkles. It looks much better since I did that. The brim is not as stiff / firm as it appears in the photos. It flops down a bit more than anticipated but I can still see well enough. This is a good sun hat at a good price."
